Chair of the Commission

General Activities

Presides public hearings of the Commission and is responsible for abiding procedural rules by the Commission in the process of approving Regulations and Decisions and for their publication; responsible for administrative management of the Commission and its staff; approves the payroll for the Commissioners and staff; appoints /dismisses Commission staff in agreement with the Commissioners; manages Commission's property under the Legislation of Georgia; represents the Commission at the public authorities of Georgia and other countries and at international organizations; issues individual legal acts/ordinances within the competence of the Commission in compliance with the established rule;
