General Competences
To study the disputed issues arising on the one hand, between license holders, low capacity power plants and suppliers and on the other hand, between customers; settle the disputes and prepare relevant issues for the Commission Public Hearing; prepare issues for discussion at the Commission Public Hearing about the charges on identified violations as foreseen in the Law; review and respond to the applications and letters on issues under the Department competence.
