Network services

1. Connecting new customers:

1.1. Connection of one new customer to the distribution network

1.2. Connection of one new customer and a micro-generating power plant to the distribution network

1.3. Connection of two or more new customers to the distribution network

1.4. Connection of two or more new customers and the micro-generating power plant to the distribution network

1.5. Connection of the new customer to the distribution network whilst performing the construction works (where the current technical conditions exist)

1.6. Connection of the micro-generating power plant 

1.7.Change of retail customer group owning the micro-generating power plant

2. Separation of the subscriber (in case of immovable property)

3. Request for network tie-in works and organizing of the metering node

4. Capacity Increase:

4.1. Increase of the electricity consumption capacity by the retail customer (increase of the allowed volume of consumption)

4.2. Increase of the capacity of power consumption for multi-apartment residential building

5. Reserve Feeding (arranging alternative source for power supply):

5.1. Temporary connection to the distribution network (temporary construction and other works), standard

5.2. Temporary connection to the distribution network (temporary construction and other works), non-standard

6. Registering as a sub-subscriber (temporary subscriber)

7. Registration of non-metered/unknown connection

8. Restoration of the registration of the old subscriber

 

II Subscriber/customer services

9. Change of the subscriber’s registration (the person registered as a subscriber has changed, the property was sold/leased);

10. Concluding the Power Purchase Agreement

12. Request of the personal information by the subscriber/customer:

12.1 Agreement on the payment plan
