The Georgian National Energy and Water Supply Regulatory Commission reviewed 50 claims between electricity, natural gas and water supply sector customers and utility companies on the hearing held on March 5, 2020. Most of the claims were resolved in favor of customers. In compliance with the decisions made by the Commission on the hearing, totally 85 756 GEL has been written-off.
