The Chairman of the Georgian National Energy and Water Supply Regulatory Commission (GNERC), Davit Narmania, together with the Commissioners, held a meeting with José Enrique Bofil, Regional Director of Aqualia, and José Miguel Santos, General Director of Georgian Water and Power LLC (GWP).

During the meeting at GNERC, the parties discussed the ongoing plans of Georgian Water and Power LLC aimed at upgrading and rehabilitating water supply infrastructure, reducing service interruptions, and improving service quality. GNERC Chairman Davit Narmania highlighted the importance of the investments made by Aqualia within the licensed area of Georgian Water and Power LLC. He noted that the implemented investment projects have led to the replacement of sections of problematic infrastructure, resulting in improved water supply on a number of streets.

In addition, the participants discussed future plans, including investment projects scheduled for the coming years and ways to jointly address existing challenges.
