Commission’s Hearing of May 21, 2020

The Commission discussed issues foreseen in the agenda on hearing held on May 21, 2020.
The amendments were introduced in the Resolution on “Approving Natural Gas Network Rules”. The changes were also introduced in the decision N53/1 of June 28, 2019 of the Commission extending period for submission of expert conclusions on actual implementation of works related to certain investment projects of Telasi JSC for 2018.
The tariff for Digomi Vila Gazi LLC had been defined and natural gas consumption tariff for household consumers constitutes 50.692 Tetri/m3 including VAT (value-added-tax). Price cap of regulated supply constitutes 34.613 Tetri/m3, tariff for transportation constitutes 1.895 Tetri/m3, distribution tariff constitutes 6.451 Tetri/m3. The tariffs are applicable until January 01, 2023.
The Commission discussed the request of Telasi JSC on extension of period for connection of new customers “M2 at Melikishvili” and units/objects in possession of MC Group LLC to the network.
The Commission also discussed the claim between the citizen – S. Apriashvili and LLC “Georgian Water and Power” on defining a new period for connection of a new customer to the water supply system.
The Commission has launched public administrative proceedings to define natural gas supply, distribution, consumption tariffs for Chiragdani LLC. The deadline for submission of proposals to the Commission on the abovementioned issue is June 19, 2020, whereas the deadline for issuing administrative-legal act – the resolution, is November 02, 2020.
The Commission has also launched public administrative proceedings to introduce amendments in certain resolutions of the Commission for specification of information to be reflected in the bill. The deadline for submission of proposals to the Commission is June 18, 2020, whereas the deadline for the decision is August 21, 2020.
