To prevent the outbreak of COVID-19, the Commission has shifted to working remotely and temporarily suspended in-house consultations.

Citizens can send an application/complaint via post or e-mail on the following address: mail@gnerc.org, as well as can receive consultation via calling the Commission’s hotline 16 216 from 09:00 to 18:00 or contact the Commission on its Facebook page.

The Commission is authorized to discuss the issues envisaged in the agenda without stakeholder’s presence on the Commission hearing.
