    Registration of Wholesale Energy Market Participants

    According to the Commission Resolution №7 of March 30, 2021, on the approval of the Energy Market Monitoring and Reporting Rules (hereinafter - the “Rules”), all wholesale energy market participants are required to register with the Commission. The obligation to register with the Commission arises for licensees operating in the energy sector prior to the conclusion of a trade deal or the submission of an order and/or a tender proposal, and for other types of authorized undertakings - after notification.

    To register, a wholesale energy market participant shall submit data to the Commission in accordance with Annex №1.8 of the Energy Market Monitoring and Reporting Rules. It shall notify the Commission of any changes in the submitted data within 2 working days.
