    Georgian National Electricity and Water Supply Regulatory Commission (GNERC) has an obligation to issue licenses for an indefinite period in the areas of natural gas distribution and transportation.

    The license applicant shall submit the application for the relevant license to the Georgian National Electricity and Water Supply  Regulatory Commission (GNERC) and shall accompany it with all documents stipulated in the article 25 of the Georgian Law on Electricity and Natural Gas and the article 5 of Rules for Licensing approved under GNERC #23 Regulation issued on September 18, 2008
