The Commission discussed issues foreseen in the agenda on hearing held on May 14, 2020.

The request of Telasi JSC on extension of period for connection of a new customer –Santomi Digomi LLC, to the distribution network has been satisfied. The deadline for rendering the above-mentioned service is July 01, 2020.

The normative losses for natural gas distribution companies have been approved.

The amount of normative losses for Digomi Vila Gazi LLC for the period of May 15, 2020 – January 01, 2023 has been set at 2%;

The amount of normative losses for Gogochuri and Company LLC for the period of July 01, 2020 – January 01, 2023 has been set at 0.08%.

The amount of normative losses for Inter Gas LLC  for the period of July 01, 2020 – January 01, 2023 has been set at 0%.

The amount of normative losses for Didi Digomi LLC has been defined in the following manner:

For period of July 01, 2020 – January 01, 2021 – 6.10%;

For period of January 01, 2021 – January 01, 2022 – 4.12%;

For period of January 01, 2022 – January 01, 2023 – 2.74%;

For period of January 01, 2023 – January 01, 2024 – 2.03%;

For period of January 01, 2024 – January 01, 2025 – 2%.

The amount of normative losses for Energia+ LLC  has been defined in the following manner:

For period of July 01, 2020 – January 01, 2021 – 3%;

For period of January 01, 2021 – January 01, 2022 – 2.19%;

For period of January 01,2022 – January 01, 2025 – 2%;

The amount of normative losses for Kamari M LLC  has been defined in the following manner:

For period of July 01, 2020 – January 01, 2021 – 6.90%;

For period of January 01, 2021 – January 01, 2022 – 4.79%;

For period of January 01,2022 – January 01, 2023 – 3.08%;

For period of January 01, 2023 – January 01, 2024 – 2.24%;

For period of January 01, 2024 – January 01, 2025 – 2%.

The amount of normative losses for Mamedi LLC  has been defined in the following manner:

For period of August 12, 2020 – January 01, 2021 – 3.12%;

For period of January 01, 2021 – January 01, 2022 – 2.26%;

For period of January 01,2022 – January 01, 2025 – 2%;

The Commission has launched public administrative proceedings to introduce amendments in the natural gas distribution license of Socar Georgia Gas LLC . The deadline for submission of proposals to the Commission on the abovementioned issue is June 12, 2020, whereas the deadline for issuing administrative-legal act is July 01, 2020.
