In compliance with "Rules for Supply and Consumption of Natural Gas", the application on registration as a subscriber shall be submitted to the distribution licensee and the latter shall be obliged to provide the registration for free of charge within no later than 5 work days after receiving the application.
After registration of the subscriber until commencement of the natural gas supply, it is mandatory to draw an act on commencement of the natural gas supply for the new subscriber whereby the type and unique number of the gas meter, the initial metering data, lug number and the period for planned inspection of the natural gas meter must be indicated along with the application data. It is mandatory for the customer to attend the process of compiling the act and the distribution licensee shall notify the customer in advance about the date and time when the act will be drawn.
After registration of the subscriber, the distribution licensee, if it is engaged in the supply activity together with the distribution, shall be liable to offer the customer conclude natural gas purchase agreement.
The customer and the license holder shall be allowed to use the template of standard Natural Gas Purchase Agreement“.
After registration as a subscriber, signing of the natural gas purchase agreement (as requested by the customer) and drawing an Act on starting natural gas supply for the new customer, the distribution licensee shall be obliged to immediately provide natural gas supply to this customer in accordance with this Rules, unless any other date was envisaged in the application on registration as a subscriber.
If you are buying a new property where the previous owner has overdue natural gas bill, it is not your obligation to pay it.
